Welcome
Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating the complexities of ADHD and relationships. Having walked this path myself, I know firsthand how ADHD can shape experiences, add unique layers to relationships, and sometimes lead to misunderstandings or unmet needs. My goal is to create a compassionate space where we can explore these challenges together. I’m here to help you strengthen your connections, better understand ADHD, and feel empowered to create the relationships you envision. Whether you’re dealing with recent relationship challenges, seeking ways to manage ADHD as a couple, or just looking for a greater sense of clarity and control in your life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to foster empathy, improve communication, and build a foundation where both of you can thrive.

Hi, I’m Sam. I work with both individuals and couples, and my passion lies in supporting relationships where ADHD plays a role. I have a deep understanding of ADHD, including both its challenges and its strengths. If ADHD is affecting you or your relationship, I can help

ADHD
Are you navigating the unique challenges of ADHD? ADHD can add complexity to communication, emotional connection, and daily routines, impacting both the person with ADHD and their partner or family members. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating the unique challenges of ADHD both personally and in relationships. Whether you’re the one with ADHD or you’re supporting someone who has it, I’m here to create a compassionate space for both perspectives. I know how overwhelming it can feel—maybe you’re struggling to manage the symptoms yourself, or perhaps you’re a partner or parent trying to understand behaviors that don’t always make sense. My goal is to foster empathy, encourage open communication, and develop practical strategies that work for both of you. For individuals with ADHD, we’ll focus on tools to help you manage emotions, improve organization, and feel more grounded in your daily life. For partners and parents, we’ll explore ways to build patience, empathy, and understanding, helping you respond to ADHD behaviors with compassion rather than frustration.
Together, we can create a stronger, more supportive relationship dynamic where ADHD isn’t a source of division but a challenge you tackle as a team. Let’s work together to build resilience, deepen understanding, and create a relationship where both of you feel valued, heard, and connected.
