Take a deep breath and relax. I know reaching out can be hard, it was for me many years ago when I sought help during a difficult time in my life. The unknown is often daunting and scary and in reality, I am the unknown and even more so if this is the first time you have thought about counselling. Please push past that hesitation, it will be so worth it.

I am always happy to chat to help you gain some understanding of where you are at and what you are seeking. I don’t charge anyone who is reaching out for that initial chat. I know it can be quite daunting and scary given you don’t know me or what to expect.

Trust me, it will be a relaxed conversation with no expectation from me.

I provide a free 15-minute phone call to make sure we’re a good fit and to ask some important questions before we start our sessions. This helps us both see if we’re on the same page and if our sessions will be helpful for what you want to achieve. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions you have and for me to learn more about your situation.
