INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING FOR WOMEN

Counselling is a process of talking about and working through your concerns and personal problems.

Good counselling support is about you flourishing in your life rather than just feeling as though you are surviving.

I provide counselling for women who are seeking to do more than just cope. This may involve support in the area of careers, parenting, relationships both social and intimate as well as emotional health tied to anxiety, stress and depression. It may also relate to issues that only women face when dealing with hormones and different life stages from adolescence through to menopause.

If you are seeking support in any of these areas, please reach out. Happy to chat and see how I can best support you.
